How MRKT Works

MRKT is designed to make trading digital assets as simple and secure as possible. Whether you're buying your first Telegram gift or selling a rare CS2 knife, our platform handles the entire process — from listing to payment — through a trusted escrow system. Below is everything you need to know to start trading on MRKT.

Buying on MRKT

Purchasing items on MRKT takes just a few steps. All payments are protected by escrow, so your money is safe until you receive the item.

Sign in with Steam (for CS2 skins) or Telegram (for gifts)
Choose the platform that matches the items you want to buy. Steam authentication is required for CS2 skin trading, while Telegram login connects you to the digital gifts marketplace powered by the TON blockchain.
Browse the marketplace and find items you want
Use filters to search by price, rarity, type, or collection. Every listing shows the item's current price, wear condition (for CS2 skins), or NFT number (for Telegram gifts). Add items to your cart or purchase instantly.
Purchase the item — funds are held in escrow
When you buy an item, your payment is held securely by MRKT's escrow system. The seller is notified and must transfer the item within 12 hours. Your funds are never released until you confirm receipt.
Receive your item and confirm the trade
Once the seller transfers the item, verify it matches the listing. You have 3 hours to inspect and confirm. If everything checks out, confirm the trade and the seller receives payment. If not, use the dispute system.

Selling on MRKT

List your items for sale and reach thousands of active buyers. MRKT charges 0% to both sellers and buyers — no listing fees and no hidden marketplace costs.

Deposit your items to MRKT storage
For Telegram gifts, send them to the MRKT bot. For CS2 skins, initiate a trade offer through Steam. Items are stored securely in your MRKT storage until listed or withdrawn.
Set your price and list for sale
Choose your selling price based on market data. You can see current prices for similar items, recent sales history, and active orders. Edit your price at any time while the item is listed.
When sold, verify the transaction
When a buyer purchases your item, you'll receive a notification. Transfer the item to the buyer through the platform. For channel sales, transfer ownership via Telegram within 12 hours.
Funds are released to your balance in full (0% fee)
Once the buyer confirms receipt, the full payment is credited to your MRKT balance because the seller fee is 0%. You can withdraw to your TON wallet or use the balance for further trading.

Escrow Protection

Every trade on MRKT is protected by our escrow system. Here's how it works: when a buyer purchases an item, the payment is held securely by MRKT. The seller then transfers the item to the buyer. Only after the buyer confirms receipt of the item are the funds released to the seller. This ensures both parties are protected throughout the entire transaction.

Trading Rules

For Buyers

✓ Verify the item matches the listing description before confirming
✓ You have 3 hours to verify and confirm channel transfers
✓ If the seller doesn't transfer within 12 hours, the trade is auto-cancelled and funds returned
✓ Report any issues immediately via the trade interface

For Sellers

✓ Enable 2FA at least 7 days before selling channels
✓ Transfer items within 12 hours of sale
✓ Ensure item descriptions are accurate
✓ Funds are released once buyer confirms receipt

Fraud Prevention

MRKT takes fraud prevention seriously. Our automated systems monitor all trades for suspicious activity. If you encounter a scam attempt:

⚠ Never transfer items outside the MRKT escrow system
⚠ Verify usernames match the trade notification from @mrkt_channels_bot
⚠ Use the "Report" button if something seems wrong
⚠ Contact @mrkt_help_service_bot immediately for assistance

Trades are automatically cancelled after 24 hours if no action is taken by either party.
