MRKT operates as a Telegram bot and collects minimal information necessary for the service. This includes: your Telegram user ID and username, Steam account ID (when linked), TON wallet address (when connected), and transaction history within the Ecosystem. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or real names unless voluntarily provided.
How We Use Information
Collected data is used to: facilitate trades and escrow services, prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, maintain transaction records, provide customer support, and improve the Ecosystem. We process data only as necessary for these purposes.
Data Storage & Security
User data is stored securely with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Access to user data is restricted to authorized team members only. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
MRKT integrates with Telegram (messaging and bot platform), Steam (CS2 skin trading), and the TON blockchain (gift transactions). Each service has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data required for these integrations to function. We do not sell user data to third parties.

The MRKT Telegram bot does not use cookies. The web version (mrkt.info) uses essential cookies only for language preference and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used. We do not participate in advertising networks.

Transaction records are retained for the duration required by applicable law and for dispute resolution purposes. Account data is retained while the account is active. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting support, subject to legal retention requirements.
