Terms & Definitions

"App" refers to the cumulative software and intellectual property accessible via Telegram under @mrkt. "Company" means the development team managing the Ecosystem. "Users" are visitors who connected their Wallet; "Visitors" are any persons accessing the Ecosystem. "Ecosystem" encompasses the App and associated channels. "Wallet" is a third-party application enabling transactions for Digital Assets. "Digital Assets" includes Gifts, Stickers, and in-game items. "Partners" are sellers or platforms distributing Digital Assets through the Company's Ecosystem.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Ecosystem, visitors and users agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Ecosystem.

License and Restrictions

The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, display, and view the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Users cannot copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit content without express written consent.

Prohibited activities include: data mining, unauthorized access attempts, security circumvention, system interference, malware distribution, and unlawful activities including fraud and money laundering. The Company may revoke access without notice for breaches or unauthorized use.

Wallets

Users must verify they access the official App, not fraudulent sites. The Company will never request users to disclose their seed phrase, private keys, or any other security credentials.

Third parties provide Wallets; the Company does not control them or store private keys. Users bear sole responsibility for Wallet security and Digital Asset protection. The Company makes no warranties regarding specific Wallets or Digital Assets and does not guarantee their security or availability.

Use of Digital Assets

Digital Assets featured or integrated may be issued by the Company or placed by Partners. The Company is not responsible for the functionality and capabilities of Partners' Digital Assets. Use outside the Ecosystem is governed by Telegram's platform terms.

Additional Terms

The App may be governed by separate agreements, which take precedence in case of conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Ecosystem, the App and related channels' Content are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. Users cannot remove, alter, or obscure copyright or trademark notices. Unauthorized use constitutes material breach.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Ecosystem constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Ecosystem is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No guarantees are made regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted service, or freedom from errors. The Company makes no warranty, endorsement, guarantee, or assumption of responsibility for any third-party products, services, applications, Wallets, or Digital Assets. Users assume sole risk.

The Company may seize fraudulent funds and return them to verified victims.

Privacy and Cookies Policy

The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference. Users can review Telegram's Standard Bot Privacy Policy. The Company does not sell or share personal information except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Users agree that any claims brought against the Company must be brought on an individual basis only and may not participate in class actions.
